IPP Launches Bill Payment Service and Cell Phone Top-ups for Mexican and Brazilian Billers

Pilot Payment Centers See Service as Instant Success

Fairfield, NJ, December 8, 2008 - IPP of America (IPP), announces the availability of bill payments* and cell phone refills for billers in Mexico and Brazil. Bill payment and cell phone top-up service to Mexico has been available in select IPP Payment Center locations in California and Texas since September. Based on trial results, agent, and customer feedback the service will be expanded to targeted IPP Payment Centers as well as to locations upon request. Service to Brazil includes cell phone top-ups to all major prepaid wireless companies.

The service is integrated into IPP's existing payment processing platform. All payments are processed in real time and customers receive a detailed receipt with every transaction. Service providers available for payment include major wireless carriers, cable, telephone, and financial service companies. Over the next several months there are plans to include additional billers in Mexico and Brazil as well as expanding the service to include additional service providers in Latin America and the Caribbean.
