Ron Averett, President and Chief Executive Officer
Ron Averett brings more than 25 years of senior management experience to his role as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Board member of IPP. Prior to joining IPP, Averett served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Board member of Princeton eCom. Under his guidance, Princeton eCom emerged as an industry leader in innovative electronic payment solutions for the banking and biller markets.
Before joining Princeton eCom, Averett served as Senior Vice President for Chevy Chase Bank's $5.2 billion credit card division and Senior Vice President for Advanta Corporation's $9.5 billion Gold Card portfolio. Averett began his financial services career at Citibank.
Averett also serves on the board of Billtrust, a leader in outsourced billing solutions headquartered in Jamesberg, New Jersey.
John Zaleskie, Chief Financial Officer
John Zaleskie is responsible for finance, accounting, operations, and administration at IPP. He brings nearly 20 years of diversified finance, accounting, and operations experience in various industries. Prior to joining IPP, Zaleskie served as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions for Greenfield Online, a publicly traded leading market research company. His previous experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer for Sentrx, a pharmaceutical service provider and The Janis Group, an IT systems integrator where he now serves on the Board of Directors and is a member of the Compensation Committee.
He began his career with Arthur Andersen after graduating from Farleigh Dickinson University with honors in 1987 and becoming a Certified Public Accountant in 1989.
Rick Auletta, Senior Vice President of Sales
With over 18 years of sales experience in the financial industry, Rick Auletta oversees all sales and field marketing operations for IPP. Prior to joining IPP, Mr. Auletta was Vice President of Sales for Princeton eCom's electronic bill payment solutions. During his tenure at Princeton eCom, Mr. Auletta developed and implemented strategies that increased sales by over 150%.
Before joining Princeton eCom, Mr. Auletta served as Vice President of Business Development for TheStreet.com where he created the Professional Markets group, designed to sell private label consumer financial information to online services, such as consumer portals, online brokerage firms and national consumer financial institutions. Prior to TheStreet.com, Mr. Auletta worked for Standard & Poor's Corporation as Vice President of Sales in the Retail Brokerage Division where he was responsible for growing a $60 million division that sold independent equity research to major retail brokerage and commercial banking institutions.
Brenda Amarant, Vice President of Marketing
Brenda Amarant, Vice President of Marketing for IPP, has held key management positions in financial services and telecommunications industries.
Prior to joining IPP, Amarant served as a Managing Director at Online Resources (Nasdaq:ORCC) and Vice President at Princeton eCom, acquired by Online Resources in 2006. As Vice President of Marketing Communications and Programs for the Regional Bank Electronic Channels Group of JP Morgan Chase, Amarant created and managed marketing programs to drive adoption of retail online banking platforms. Before joining JP Morgan Chase, she directed marketing and sales operations for GoAmerica Communications Corporation. Amarant also spent 16 years with AT&T in various marketing management roles.
Richard Okun, Vice President, Operations
Richard Okun is responsible for IPP's Operations organization including customer service, technical support, payment processing, sales support and administration, and client management.
His prior experience includes serving as founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Engyro, a metering, billing and payment company, and as President of American Payment Systems.
Under Okun's leadership, APS became the largest provider of utilities in-person payment services; it was later acquired by Checkfree. Okun also founded JWP Credit Corporation, where as Executive Vice President he stimulated over $100 million in annual leasing sales to the Fortune 100 Companies.
