How much does it cost to pay a bill at an IPP Payment Center?
The cost to send a payment varies depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the billing organization, your geographic location and where you pay your bill.

What information do I have to provide to pay a bill at an IPP Payment Center?
All the information you need will be on the bill you are paying, so be sure to bring it with you. You will also need to bring a photo ID.

What form of payment may I use?
You can pay your bill with cash. Soon we will be taking check payments for select billers. Please contact us to find out more.

Will I receive a receipt?
Yes, you will receive a computer-generated receipt as proof of your payment.

How soon will the biller receive my payment?
The biller will receive your payment the same day you pay the bill, in some cases your account will be updated in real-time. In others cases, your account should be updated within one to two days.

Does IPP operate its Payment Centers?
Each IPP Payment Center is an independent business that is authorized to provide IPP products and services. IPP Payment Centers may be located in check cashing businesses, supermarkets, drug stores, newsstands, mail service providers, wireless stores, and many other retail locations.

What equipment or software do I need to get started?
If you have a computer or POS terminal we can connect you to the IPP system, or we can lease you the other equipment you will need.

What point-of-sale materials are available?
IPP provides every IPP Payment Center agent promotional materials and instructions in both English and Spanish free of charge.

Do you provide training?
Yes, IPP offers on-site training as well as on-going bilingual technical support.

How do you determine the commission earned on each transaction?
Commissions vary based on the type of bill that is being paid.

Does the customer receive a receipt of payment?
Every transaction is identified by a number and generates a receipt for the customer
